Create Your Account

Sign up with your real email address. You will use this to log back in and manage your chatbot from any device. Use a business email for professionalism.

Configure Your Bot

Go to Bot Setup in your dashboard. Fill in your business details — company name, description, hours, and location. The more detail you provide, the smarter your bot becomes. Add your FAQs and products so your AI can answer customers accurately.

Personalize the Appearance

Under the Appearance tab, choose your brand color and customize the widget title. Preview your widget in real-time. Set your bot's name and avatar initials to match your brand identity.

Get Your Embed Code

Navigate to Embed Code in the sidebar. Copy your unique script snippet. This is a two-line piece of code that links your website to your Max.Bot AI configuration.

Add to Your Website

Paste the snippet just before the closing </body> tag of your website. For WordPress, use the "Insert Headers and Footers" plugin. For Shopify, paste it in theme.liquid. For Wix or Webflow, use Custom Code settings. Your bot is live instantly after saving.

Test and Monitor

Visit your website and open the chat widget to test it. Ask your most common customer questions. Return to your dashboard to see conversations, track resolution rates, and refine your FAQs based on what customers actually ask.
